Working from a photo is so much more than just working from a photo. When I receive a photo to work with ~ it lives inside me and walks with me throughout my days ~ it is conceptually planned to capture and exude the intended essence ~ well that’s what I aim to achieve with every piece.

These moments happen to be some of the most intimate aspects of my process ~ so much happens energetically during these initial stages and ✨kapow✨ soon enough the painting bursts through my hands and takes a life of its own right before my very eyes!

After all these years of painting I’m still in awe of the process and the beauty that moves through me ~ and touches you.
